Hair of Your Dreamz offers natural color (1b) 100% unprocessed Virgin(Remy) human hair. "Virgin" means that the hair is guaranteed to be unprocessed, free of any hair color or chemicals; retaining all cuticles in its original healthy state. "Remy" means that all cuticles of the hair are guaranteed to be in the same direction. This means that with our hair, you won't have tangling and excessive shedding problems. Virgin hair is the most luxurious hair extension on the market. Each bundle can vary slightly in texture and wave pattern since it comes from different donors. NO two bundles are exactly the same. Caring for Virgin hair is no different from caring for your own natural hair. Our virgin hair is the closest you will find to your natural hair.
We also offer processed hair such as our 27 Pieces hair packs and our Bold and Blonde 613, for all of you who dare to be be Bold, Brave and Blonde or even for those who just love color🌈🎨 . Our Virgin hair can be bleached but we suggest for it to be done professionally. However, if you don’t want to go through the process of having to lift/bleach the hair we recommend the Blonde 613. Our Blonde 613 collection is great quality and takes color very well!

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES:
Shampoo once every 2 weeks. Condition weekly. After shampoo, Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb starting with the ends working your way up your scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Let air dry (you may also blow dry on "low" heat"... avoid heat as much as possible).
DAILY MAINTENANCE:
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up. For wavy & curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look. For a "WET" look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water. Try to avoid alcohol-based products to avoid drying out and damaging your beautiful bundles! Dampen your hair with water, comb through with a wide tooth comb starting with the ends working your way up your scalp. Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls, let air dry (or blow dry on a low setting) and then style as desired.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
A full sew-in weave with our hair would need approximately 8-10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 to 3 bundles of hair for lengths up to 18 inches. We recommend 3 to 4 bundles of hair for lengths 20" or longer. Each bundle weighs 3.5 ounces (100g). Keep in mind since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: "The longer the hair, the less hair in the actual bundle". Which means that there will be more hair in 3.5 ounces of a 12 in. bundle than in a 20 in. bundle.
CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
Yes!!! Our hair is 100% human hair that has not been processed and is not processed in any way. You can color the hair, however, once Virgin Remy hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and well moisturized.
WHAT GRADE HAIR IS IT AND HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
Currently, Hair By DreamQueen offers 9A grade hair. The grade of the hair generally refers to the proportion of strands per bundle that actually measure the full length of the bundle. The hair we offer is 100% virgin human Remy hair with a strong hair shaft and all cuticles in tact and in the same direction. This hair can last for a long time, with proper care our hair bundles will last more than 12 months. It can be colored up to a platinum blonde color and remain in good health. The better you take care of it, the longer it will last and be able to be reused! These bundles have minimal to no shedding and no tangling. Since it is 100% virgin human hair, the color comes in the natural color which can vary between a 1b-2. Hair can be dyed, curled, and straightened.
Refund and return/exchange Policy:
Please note that there will be no refunds, but we will happily exchange your order for equal or lesser value or give you credit of the value of your order total (minus shipping fees) towards your next purchase.
Exchanges are possible if your order is returned back to us within 5 calendar days from when your order was received. All labels and seals must not be tampered with or broken. For example, The hair extension must be unwrapped, uncombed, or brushed. No fingers must have run through the hair. The hair must not have been worn or altered in any way in order for it to be exchanged or be valid for a refund. If the hair is altered or tampered, we will be unable to exchange it. Moreover, if the hair was tampered with, we will return it to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost required to return the product to you. Once again, human hair extensions are hygienic products, therefore we do not exchange these products if we discover the seal on the bundles has been tampered with.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFO/POLICY:
PayPal checkout is primarily used to protect us both (the seller and buyer). There are also credit and debit card payment options when checking out.
Shipping cost: Currently, shipping within the United States on orders of $175+ is free (*Please note: Shipping fee of $10 pplies when order total is less than $175 for US shipping) International shipping is $25.
Processing time: Currently, 3 to 5 business days for regular length bundles (up to 30 inches) closures,13X4 frontals.
7 to 10 business days for Super Long Bundles (32 to 40 inches), DreamWig Units, and 360 frontals. Orders are normally shipped within two (2) business days after your order has processed. A tracking number will be sent via email to the email address that you provide when checking out. The primary shipping method is 2-Day Priority mail with the USPS for orders within the United States and Priority Mail international with the USPS for all international orders.

For U.S. orders: Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your order.
For orders outside of the United States: Please allow an additional 6 to 15 business days to receive your order. Keep in mind that this is an estimate and can vary by country and you will be responsible for any customs fees if applicable.
